Born on December 2 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her appearances on movies and television shows. Brandt was a model and actress who started her acting career in the new Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom and began her American debut with the role of Naevia in the historical series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in numerous television series during the last decade including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. In 2016 Brandt has been playing the character as Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt is originally born in Cape Town South Africa, but relocated with her parents to Auckland New Zealand in late in her adolescence. Brandt began her modeling career in the form of advertisements and print ads. Before becoming a famous model, she worked as a retail salesperson and as a recruitment consultant for information technology. The first time she was featured, she landed her performance in the year 2009 on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the role as Leilani Fa'auigaese. In 2021, she had her debut on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She was a slave named Naevia. In the miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena, she reprised the role as Naevia. Craig Parker starred alongside her on three shows that aired on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as a bounty hunter in the Netflix smash hit Lucifer. The character she played on Lucifer is her most famous role up to now. The series features Tom Ellis Lauren Gerber Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside as well as D. B. Woodside.
